Belmont Flora flower arrangements are designed by our floral specialists and delivered by professional couriers. We guarantee the delivery of fresh beautiful bouquets all the time. However, substitutions of flowers may be necessary on occasions due to the seasonal nature of flowers and the condition of flowers available at the time of order.

All orders from our e-store shall be subjected to confirmation by Belmont Flora representative via telephone to the customer.

Delivery is free for orders from S$60.00 and above (Mainland Singapore Only). However, there will be a delivery charge of S$12.00 for orders below S$60.00

.

 

There is a surcharge of S$25.00 for delivery per destination to the following Locations:

  1. Sentosa
  2. Jurong Island
  3. All Changi Airport Terminals
  4. All Seaport Terminals
  5. All military installations and bases.
.

 

For delivery on Sundays and Public Holidays, orders shall be placed no less than 48 hours before the date of delivery. A surcharge of S$18.00 will be applied to such deliveries per destination. Please note that such delivery is subjected to the availability of delivery personnel. We reserve the right to turn down such requests if resources are not available.

Any Festive orders of hampers must reach us at least 3 days in advance.

Belmont Flora will not be responsible and liable for late delivery and/or non-delivery under the following conditions:

  1. Recipient is not present at the given address within those hours requested for which delivery is to take place.
  2. The address given is incorrect.
  3. There is no such person at the given address.
  4. No valid or incorrect contact number of the recipient is given to Belmont Flora to make reasonable attempts to contact the recipient in order to make a successful delivery.

Delivery within Singapore is free unless otherwise stated. When placing your order, please identify the date on which your order is to be delivered. Same-day deliveries are accepted, but please refer to the following delivery schedule for specifics:

Deliveries made on Saturdays after 7 pm and on Sundays & Public Holidays will incur an additional S$18 surcharge.

 

Note:

Ø      Orders submitted via internet or fax on Saturday, before 2.00pm, delivery will be made on same day before 7.00pm.

Ø       Orders submitted via internet or fax on Sunday & Public Holidays, delivery will only be carried out after 11.00am on the next working day. Please check delivery schedule.

Express Delivery

If delivery is to be made within 3 hours after confirmation, there will be an additional charge of S$20.00. Please note this is subjected to availability of drivers. Please call us at (65) 6732 5511. We reserve the right to turn down such requests if resources are not available.

Re-direction Charges

For re-direction of orders, such as the recipient is not at the address provided, or the address provided is wrong, or such a person is not known at the given address, a surcharge of $15.00 will be applicable after Belmont Flora or its representative contact the customer for further instructions and to provide a new address. In the event that the order is cancelled after delivery has been attempted, the full price will still be payable.

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation of order must be made at least ONE day (24 hrs) prior to the actual delivery date/time In the event the order is cancelled less than 24 hrs prior to the actual delivery date, a 50% surcharge of the ordered amount shall be payable by the customer.
  • The FULL price of the order will be chargeable if the order is already processed or delivery attempted.
  • For cakes and other food and confectionary items, please note that there is no cancellation allowed after the order is confirmed. In the event that cancellation is necessary, the order is still chargeable at the full price.

Substitution

Belmont Flora reserves the right to substitute any products that are out of stock, with another of equivalent or higher in value.
